Purpose: Liaising between the CEO’s office and others 

Responsibilities 
As Corporate Personal Assistant competencies and skills are required to perform the outlined duties: 

• Acting as the first point of contact with the CEO, regulating access to CEO • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls • Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments • Taking dictations, preparing agendas and writing minutes of meetings • Organizing training schedules and booking conference attendance • Reminding the CEO and other staff of important tasks and deadlines • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence • Managing databases and filing systems • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients • Accumulating and filing expenses • Miscellaneous tasks to support manager, according to manager’s altering job description and responsibilities Conducting research or follow-up on inquiries, as requested.

Responsibilities
